Samantha Rosa,
Product Design leader shaping a better world.
Working with a team to enhance the human experience by translating needs into solutions is what excites me – and I am lucky this has been my job for the last 15+ years, experimenting with many roles in different businesses, countries, and languages.
In Berlin since 2021, before taking a sabbatical year, I was leading product and design for the talent business unit of Thoughtworks – the global consultancy known for agile and technology excellence – transforming the experience of 10,500+ global employees. Read the case study ➜

VALUES
Collaborative Leadership
My leadership style is collaboration and competence – hands-on contributions for key priorities partnered with delegation to achieve excellence.
.
Continuous Growth
Mentoring and training peers, reports, and (yes) leaders – while being a DEI advocate – not as a task to check off the list, but the key to business success.
.
Human-Centered Design
Bringing people to the center and advocating for their needs – with data as the foundation for decisions – is my approach for delivering value (business and user).
